I think it's about time for Disney to move into the 21st century... I don't see it as an issue...
As long as it fits in their "neatly trimmed" guideline I have no problem with either. As long as it isn't this: http://i1229.photobucket.com/albums/...rell/beard.jpg
And here is the story that Keasmon just posted on another thread:
Disney beards: After nearly 60 years, Disney World workers can finally grow beards - ktla.com
Very strict criteria.
I'd prefer they didn't.
I think beards have become a part of our culture. Beards have almost become synonymous with friendly people in a way I think.
Certainly you'd have to keep it clean and maintained but I see nothing wrong with it.
No. (He's dead) I'm thinking about current beard-wearers.
Disney is very finicky about the hair atop the CM's hair, the color of their braces on their teeth, ear rings, tattoos. With the 1/4" guideline for beards length, neat, professional and fully grown in...I'm doubting many CM's will be sporting one. Can you just imagine keep'n it to that 1/4" on a daily basis? But then again I do not have a real frame of reference, it just seems to add another layer of stuff to do, to go to work. :dizzy:
