DVCDad - what a great way for your daughter to think of her mom!

We're a bi-coastal family and we've talked about sprinkling a little in both places. That way we know that our family will be sure to visit us.

The WS lake for Illumniations and the Rivers of America in DL for Fantasmic. Two of my absolute most favorite shows!

My daughter Jessica believes that the 4 heart shaped fireworks in WISHES is Mommy sending us hugs from Heaven. She says she lives just above the castle.

My heart wasn't prepared for that... That's truly awesome.


For me, it would have to be the flower beds in he front of Epcot. That park for one reason or another seems to hold the most memories for me, and the idea of being laid to rest at the front of the park with a view of where all happy people come in, like Walt wanted, seems kinda perfect.

I would like to be strapped to some fireworks and sent into the air during WISHES. Once the rockets go off I could gently rain down on the MK so I could always be a part of the place that I love and be there to see any future advancements.

Hah! A co-worker of mine went to a funeral/celebration for a neighbor last year - he had his remains loaded into fireworks and they all sat by the river, drank beer, and listened to music while they enjoyed the show!

BTW...
You can leave some of your DNA/self at WDW while you're still kickin' if ya' want - like many of us haven't left enough blood, sweat and tears there over the years as it is - just go get a haircut at the barber shop, or somethin' like that, and ask to bag the clippings as a souvie...then just empty 'em in your favorite spot(s)...!

Good Thread...took some serious thought and a couple of moments being choked up...But, I would want my ashes spread on the little grassy island that you first come to when you cross under the train station and you are looking down Main St. at the MK. My best memories always begin when we first enter and begin walking down Main St. There is always a sense of pure magic in that section of the park. I see it in eveyone's faces.....love it!!!!!
