Question How would you improve Canada at Epcot?

As a Canadian, I am wondering what other guests opinions are of the Canada pavillion. I found out by reading another thread that they've closed some shops.

Le Cellier used to be a great place to eat but recently I've heard mixed reviews so that doesn't help getting people to visit that section of the park. And, even the Beaver Tails are gone!

Personally I am not a big fan of circle-vision movies because you have to stand for the whole presentation, how about some swiveling seats? That would be a big plus! How about a themed flume ride a la Splash Mountain but tamer, so that all guests could enjoy it?

How would YOU improve it, what would you like to see in the Canada pavillion?

I think a log/boat ride would be great. My biggest complaint about circle visions is having to stand for them.

Yeah, I've noticed on past visits that the Canadian Pavilion is always the quietest out of them all!!

Ann doesn't like the 360 degree presentation either!!

Everyone seems to have the same ideas...who can we talk to about getting Canada refurbished?

Nobody seems to like the circle vision movie...I think a log ride or a simulated ride as Kyle suggested would be awesome! Niagara Falls, the rockies, the maritime provinces, so much scenic beauty to choose from! How about including some downhill skiing scenes or even a bobsleigh simulator, that would be fun!

I will be the dissenting vote here. The Canadian Pavilion is one of my favorites. I love the movie, I love the shops, and I love Le Cellier. There are at least 4 other pavilions that need a lot more help than Canada.

Now you're talkin'! Two separate entrances though but then again, a queue line in Canada? That would be an attraction in itself!

Glad to hear someone likes something about it!

Last I heard they had closed a bunch of shops, is that right?

Another question, are the CM's still wearing lumberjack shirts? As if we all walk around wearing those all the time...LOL!

Last few trips, the only shops open were in the northwest mercantile group (the lowest level, at the front left side). The beautiful shop on the upper level that used to have all sorts of pretty things (I remember buying Anne of Green Gables things there) has been closed for awhile.

Reopening that shop would be a great start for revitalizing the pavilion.

I agree will Kellie, and think that something related to Niagra falls would be good. Either that, or some sort of magical attraction that's unexpected, like Maelstrom, and has some fantastic aurora bourealis effects.

    Also, bring back the BEAVERTAILS!!!

Part of me thinks adding another boat/log ride to World Showcase would be overkill but I do like the Niagra Falls idea!
