Opening Blizzard Beach

How many of you have done this? Last year it was a really rainy day but we decided to go to Blizzard Beach anyway. We were the first ones in line and me, my dad and my cousin got to open the park by going down Summit Plummit. First we had to stand in freezing rain at the top of the ride for a half hour, but it was worth it!

So, has anyone else done this?

Well it wasn't raining for us. But, yes I have ridden the water-power-wedgie-machine known as Summit Plummet. It's so worth the wait!!

Hey! It wasn't raining for us. But, my dad did go on it. At the time i was too small, but yes It was a major wedgie! It was actually pretty funny. I have always wanted to go on it, but i am Claustrophobic...Anybody remember if it gets tight?

I meant has anyone been the ones to open the park because every day they pick people at the front of the line and once they go down summit plummit then the park opens.

Nah Disney fanatic it does not get tight. I mean it's not necesarilly on the big side either but it's just enough room for you to slide down without feeling claustrophobic.

i've gotten to the park right when it opened and rode the ski lift up to summit plummit and there was no wait, it was awesome!

yea that day i was there we didnt have to wait in lines ever because it was rainy. but then it cleared up and people still didnt come so that was really fun.

Wow that would be so cool to do
