I heard that there are yellow, white, and red pipes there.And that the writing on those pipes represent the chemical names of mustard, mayo, and ketchup. The person I heard it from says they got the info from a ride loader and was wondering if the info was true.

It's true about the chemical formulas of ketchup, mustard and (part of) mayo. (I think I may have a picture of them in the galleries).

As for the other part of your question, Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the unstable radical Hydroxide, the components of which are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol.

Brian, those 'condiment' pipes are certainly not the only pipes in the Dinosaur attraction. There are five large pipes that run over your head as you are waiting to get out of your time rover, and they are each labeled with some fictitous phrase related to the attraction, like "Time Flux."
