Fireworks Factory is close, a good guess. Tiggerguy knows it, but is not coming all the way out with it, I think. Out, kind sir, and dispense with your knowledge ;)

(They rebuilt this building only to have it destroyed again by a savage typhoon in 1944)

Fortunately the 1944 replacement (building #3!) still stands after a refurbishment in 1988-89.

In 1933 there was a big party to celebrate the end of Prohibition in the administration building, some how a fire started and the building was destroyed.
