While those poles at Italy could be considered barber poles, that's not what I was thinking of. It's more like the traditional barber pole that rotates.

I'm going to give someone else a chance, since no one seems to know that there is a barber pole in the outside dining area of the Backlot Express restaurant. I wish I had a digital picture to show you.
