    Well, since it's MY picture you chose to modify, I guess I should be the one to answer!
    The is a spire missing on the left top corner of the tower.
    And there is a window missing on the upper right part of the tower.

    The colors are switched on the lettering. Indy Speedway should have blue letters with a yellow background.

    That's the first thing.

    Nothing's wrong with the wings. Nor are there strollers missing

    However, the assymetry of the other thing that has been changed should help you find it.

    It's the black and white that should be checkered flag look on the right hand side of the sign.
