Looks like Goofy is missing an ear(Im not so sure lol)
The Red building in the background doesnt look like its from Epcot

The fronts of the speaker have been altered? I am still looking at those flags, the rest are OK?

This isn't really something missing as much as it is added, but I think that the character in back, lower level of the bus is Snead and he has a Santa hat on instead of his usual cap.

Unless of course this picture is from Christmas time, but I don't see any indication of that anywhere else.

That character is unaltered. I'll see if I can find another photo of him.

Hmmm... I think you may be seeing the walking CM's yellow shirt details - you can see his bright yellow left sleeve, and the lower portion I believe is the front portion of the shirt.
