It's a Disney thing. If you understood, your only question would be "can I go?"

Take the Monorail to the Nickelodeon, from there transfer to the ferry to Universal Studios. There you will find horses, get on them and ride to Daytona. Once you reach Daytona, hop on a Mears bus to MCO and then transfer onto the tram thingie to Concourse B. Get onto any British Airways plane you see going to Heathrow. Head to Paddington Station and take the Eurostar to Paris. Catch an AirFrance flight to Vancouver, then on to Los Angeles. Once you land in Los Angeles, you're going to have to run to catch your Alaska Airlines flight to Tampa with a layover at Chicago O'Hare. Once you land in Tampa, take your life in your hands again and board a Mears bus to the Pop Century Resort. Then, catch a Disney bus to Epcot, transfer to the Monorail to TTC, and catch the Staten Island-style Ferry to the Magic Kingdom. Got all that?

There is no question, but I have one.

I made reservations for a character dining. Will we be able to see a character?

There are no guarantees for seeing a character at a character meal, but chances are good that if someone from DWT is in the restaurant, you CERTAINLY will see a character. What type of character will depend on who is there. Just look for the bright yellow lanyards or the DWT shirts.

When are they going to complete checking out Test Track? It seems to have been in a testing mode for years.

With the bad publicity Disney got over ride malfunctions, they plan to keep testing this one until the unofficial 50th Epcot Anniversary.

Speaking of ride malfunctions, why doesn't the train at Everest ever slip backwards down the hill? I don't hear that clack-clack-clack like I do on other coasters.

No, that is just the hallucinations that the cartoons cause you to have. You are secretly now under Disney's power and will do what every Mickey tells you to do.
