Not Disney Tower Jason,

time for a clue...the last three guesses have all used a name related to the name of the Disney/Walt Disney World/ Lake Buena Vista; Shopping Village/ Village/Marketplace and the word that comes before tower is not related to that at all.

and now a bigger clue...

The word in question is also used in the name of one of the nearby dining establishments. ...sort of

The dining establishment in question that shares/shared part of it's name with "The ________ Tower" is (I Think) the last remaining thing in the Downtown Disney Marketplace that is still operating under the same name as it did in 1975.
