Extremely Tough Epcot Trivia

The thread Extremely Tough Magic Kingdom Trivia is so much fun and popular I decided we should expand it to the next park in the timeline! The rules are exactly the same: ask a very difficult trivia question about Epcot. The person who answers it correctly then asks a new difficult question. And ya don't stop!

I'll start off the madness:

The walkways are set up differently on the east side and the west side of Future World. How are they different and what is the significance of this?

In Future World West the walkways are curved, and in Future World East they all take straight angles?

You got that part correct, but what is the significance?

I remember reading about it, but I can't remember right now. Someone else can take a stab at this one.

Isn't it because on the right side, it's more of a fanciful feel (Journey etc...)to it and the left side is all angles because of the technical feel (Mission: Space, etc...)of the lands and rides? I think I read that in the Imagineer's Field Guide to Epcot.

You're very very close. I'll give you a quick hint: what else is divided into a fanciful side and a technical side?

Is it the right brain vs the left brain?

You got it! The west side of Future World, on the right from the park entrance, has organic, free-form walkways that represent the right brain with creativity and imagination. The east side of Future World, on the left from the park entrance, has straight walkways that represent the left brain with logic and science. The original attractions also loosely followed those themes, but expansion and revisions to Future World have gotten away from that.

Since nicks10 and emabee answered half of the question each, you guys can shoot for it to see who goes next!

Extremely Tough Epcot Trivia

Ok, almost everybody has played the Magic Kingdom version of this game. So, I thought that I would start a Epcot version, for all you fans of Future World and World Showcase.

Ok, I'll start us off with an easy one...
What 3-D movie did "Honey, I shrunk the audience" replace?

If you look down closer to the bottom of the WDW trivia games "menu", you'll see a thread that's already been started called Extremely Tough Epcot Trivia. You may want to ask a moderator to incorporate this thread to that one.
