    Lady Di -

You threw me for a minute. I was going to say the Walt Disney Story (which opened in 1973) because of your reference to Walt's death. However, I believe the correct answer to be - Pirates of the Caribbean.

I never got a chance to ask a question!
What do the Haunted Mansion and the movie "Alice in Wonderland" have in common?

James - I'm going to guess that they both have parties. A birthday party at HM and an UN birthday party in Alice.

While that's very true Todd, that's not what I was looking for. Think music!

When the crypt door creaks and the tombstone quakes, spooks come out for a swinging wake.....

Sorry - you mention HM and music and now it's stuck in my head.

    How about singing busts?

Yes MBabe, the Mello Men sang "Painting the Roses Red" in Alice in Wonderland, and they were of course the singing busts in the Haunted Mansion.

MBabe - it was built in 1917.

It came from Olympic Park in New Jersey and was built by the Philadelphia Tobagen Company

On the Walt Disney Railroad - they use whistle signals for different situations... what do each of these mean?

    1 short toot for ____
    2 shorts for ____
    4 long toots for_____
two long 1 short 1 long for _____
    1 long 1 short 2 longs for _____

These are standard signals used by many railroads:
    * 1 short toot for attention,
    * 2 shorts when ready to leave the station,
    * 4 long toots to indicate train in distress,
    * two long 1 short 1 long for approching a station, and
    * 1 long 1 short 2 longs for leaving a station.
