It is Small World. Like I said on Monday, the surrounding quotes would give it away.
I'm not exactly sure where this is in the ride. I have the song and at one point there is giggling and exclamations of Wheeee! It always makes me laugh because I picture people in a recording studio actually playing these parts and it just seems so absurd.
