Whooo....I was beginning to think none of you have ever visited the Boardwalk's lobby.

Yes, inside the lobby of the Boardwalk is a miniature carousel and a miniature roller coaster. The chandelier contains these creatures with the heads of horses and the tails of merpeople, hence the "mer-horses". When you look out the window, you will see the water between the Boardwalk and the Beach Club.
