I think it was during the scene when they looked back at the 50's of the future. They played it as a reference to the Carousel of Progress, and Now is the Time was the theme song for CoP back then. Also, Horizons was always seen as somewhat of a "sequel" to CoP, in that we follow a family and how the future effects their daily lives.
