I recently had a chance to sit down with Ashley Eckstein, celebrity host for Star Wars Weekends 2010 in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to discuss her role in Walt Disney World’s annual event, as well as her playing Ashoka Tano in The Clone Wars series. We also spoke about her background as a Walt Disney World Cast Member, her elaborate Disney wedding, new line of Sci Fi apparel for women, her “Alice in Wonderland room” and so much more.
