Adventure Into The World of Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Fantasy: Disney Tip #35

AdventureDo you feel as if you are bringing extra luggage every time you travel to Walt Disney World?

Disney has come to the rescue once again by allowing guests to ship any items they would like directly to their Walt Disney World Resort. As long as the items are shipped 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, resorts will have your packages waiting for you when you check-in.

If you are flying or find that your car will not fit that last suitcase, go ahead and box up items such as food, extra clothes, or even a stroller.

This will save you a ton of money at the airport since you will not have to check an extra suitcase!

Before you ship your package, make sure to call your resort to get the exact mailing address and label the package with your date of arrival, the name that your reservation is under, and “Guest” so the resort will not get it confused with other packages they receive from the rest of the property.

How many of you have shipped packages to your resort? Did you have any issues upon arrival and did you find it a lot easier to travel?
