Adventure Into The World of Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Fantasy: Disney Tip #85

AdventureOn a recent trip to Walt Disney World, I decided to conduct a little test when riding the monorail from Magic Kingdom Park.

I was there the end of December and first week in January when the parks were crowded with Disney holiday goers.

On separate occasions, day and night, I rode the Express Monorail back to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) and the Resort Monorail to the TTC as well.

Due to the majority of Monorail riders heading back to the TTC on the Express Monorail, I found it quicker to hop on the Resort Monorail (no more than a five minute wait) which stops at the TTC.

Although you have to make a stop at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, many people do not realize that the Resort Monorail makes a stop at the TTC as well.

This is a great way to beat the crowds after a long night at MK!

How many of enjoy riding the Monorail? Have you found it convenient to ride the Resort Monorail or the Express Monorail? Comment below!
