Looking for Magic: So Long to the Sorcerer’s Hat

Whether you love or hate the Sorcerer’s Hat at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, it’s been bittersweet, yet fascinating to watch it’s removal.  After the official announcement in October 2014 that the Sorcerer’s Hat would be removed, things were pretty quiet until January 7, 2015, when familiar “pardon our dust” fences were installed.  Shortly thereafter, demolition equipment arrived and the slow deconstruction of the Disney’s Hollywood Studio‘s centerpiece began.

In honor of the Sorcerer’s Hat, here are a few images from over the years.
