Hey guys! Since Thanksgiving isn’t too far away, I thought I’d teach you how to make a Disney Style Thanksgiving craft. You can make this easy project with your family or kids, and hopefully, it will spark your creative Disney side. Now let’s start!

Disney Thanks Jar
This decorated jar is a place for you to collect all your favorite Disney memories you are thankful for!
What You’ll Need:
-Scissors
-2 Types of ribbon
-Festive patterned or colored scrapbook paper
–Leaf template (optional)
-Black scrapbook paper
-Pen or pencil
-Glue
-1 Large Mason jar
Instructions:
Step 1: Pick out various types of “Fall colored” scrapbook paper. Next, trace leaves onto the paper with a leaf template. You could draw them free hand, but templates are a more efficient option and will make the end product look better.
Step 2: Cut out the leaves. You can make as many as you’d like.
Step 3: Pick two colored ribbons (I used orange and brown) and cut to a desired length. Tie them around the rim of your Mason jar into either a bow or a knot.
Step 4: Next take black scrapbook paper and cut out a Mickey head (I traced a nickel and a button/pin to achieve “perfect circles”). Cut out 1 more leaf and glue the Mickey head onto it.
Step 5: Once Mickey drys, glue the embellished leaf onto the middle of the knot of ribbon on your jar.
Step 6: Take your blank leaves and some pens. Give them out to your family and friends on Thanksgiving. Use your leaf to write down what Disney memories you’re most thankful for. Place them in the jar when your done and read them all aloud when everyone is together.
Your jar is now complete!

I’m thankful for many Disney memories. One of my favorites was when I went to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party for the first time. I was 4 years old and remember almost the whole night! Before we arrived, my sister and I went to Bibity Bobity Boutique, and it was so magical!
What Disney memories are you most thankful for? Share with me in the comments below, I’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for reading and have magical day! – Ruby 8:)
