WDW Tip of the Week: Just Lounging Around

I don’t know about you, but I find that the food in Walt Disney World is an attraction in and of itself, and eating around the world is just as fun as riding on Splash Mountain or meeting Mickey Mouse. In fact, whenever we plan our trip to WDW, my husband makes a list of souvenirs he wants to get, and I make a list of food and restaurants I want to try.

However, we all know that time is money when at WDW, and oftentimes, a lot of the places I want to eat require time as they’re usually sit-down restaurants. Therefore, many don’t get checked off my list. However, we discovered a fun trick that bypasses the need to have a ton of time. That trick is utilizing restaurant lounges or bars.

This tip is particularly helpful when it comes to Disney Springs as there are so many restaurants to try, but we can’t get to Disney Springs every day to try them all. We had heard of the Monorail Crawl, where you get on the monorail and eat at different restaurants on the monorail line, so we decided to do a Disney Springs Crawl doing drinks and appetizers at 3-4 different places eating at the bar. It was so much fun! Plus, you don’t have to worry about making reservations 180 days out. Instead, you can plan as you go.

Have you ever tried this? What locations would you add to the Disney Springs Crawl?
