It’s that time of year folks! Magic Kingdom is decorated, the Boo Bash has begun and Joffery’s Pumpkin Spice is in the air (even if it is still 100 degrees in some parts of the country!).
Fall is here, or as the memes on the interwebs call it Han Solo Season… With this comes the thoughts of Halloween costumes and what to watch through the month of October. Disney+ has got you covered! They have released their HallowStream list of things to watch and when they are premiering. Here is my list of the top 10 things to watch on Disney+ for Halloween:
In no particular order…
10.Mysterious Benedict Society
9. Monsters at Work, Monsters Inc., & Monsters University (Yes, I’m counting these as 1)
8. Adventures of Ichabod & Mr Toad
7. The Nightmare Before Christmas
6. Hocus Pocus
5. Frankenweenie (The original!)
4. Maleficent & Maleficent: Mistress of Evil
3. Halloweentown (RIP Debbie Reynolds)
2. Tree House of Horror (all of them)
1. Behind the Attraction: Haunted Mansion & The Imagineering Story Episode 2
Honorable Mentions… You knew there wouldn’t be just 10!
- Toy Story of Terror
- The Muppet Show: Vincent Price Episode (S1 Ep 9)
- Trick or Treat & Lonesome Ghosts Shorts: Original cartoons are a fave!
- Coco: Not Halloween, but Day of the Dead needs some representation, also, its an AMAZING movie
- The Muppets Haunted Mansion: I have a feeling this will shoot to the top of the list, I mean Miss Piggy is Madame Leota!
- Lego Star Wars Terrifying Tales
- ZOMBIES Series
- Artemis Fowl: This is a highly underrated movie!
What have you watched so far this October??? Also, is it ever too early for Pumpkin Spice? Let me know in the comments!

My name is Sarah Niswender and I have WDW in my veins, going to the parks several times per year as early as age 2. Growing up in SoFla I was fortunate enough to have a lifelong Disney education, thanks to my mother (and hardworking father)! I am now passing the love for everything Disney along to my daughter and somewhat reluctant husband. I have participated in several runDisney events and am looking forward to participating as a part of the WDWRadio running team. See you on Main Street USA!
