Pull out the tissues and the taco bar and get ready for Coco!
A fun twist on a traditional taco or nacho bar is to grab the 99-cent plastic table cloth (maybe 2) and stick it on the table. Then dump out the chips and tortillas on the table, ditch the plates and make your tacos and nachos right on the table!

The kiddos and/or your significant other will think you’ve gone un poco loco (see what I did there?!). It is such a fun and simple way to shake things up, then when its time for the movie, no dishes! Just throw the table cloth away.

For dessert, you can make Mexican Hot Chocolate Sundaes. You can mix a chocolate bar (dark chocolate is my preference) with some chipotle powder, microwave to melt and pour over vanilla ice cream. If you are feeling very fancy, you can fry up a tortilla and top with cinnamon sugar, break it into pieces, and sprinkle it on top of the sundae.
Enjoy your fiesta!

My name is Sarah Niswender and I have WDW in my veins, going to the parks several times per year as early as age 2. Growing up in SoFla I was fortunate enough to have a lifelong Disney education, thanks to my mother (and hardworking father)! I am now passing the love for everything Disney along to my daughter and somewhat reluctant husband. I have participated in several runDisney events and am looking forward to participating as a part of the WDWRadio running team. See you on Main Street USA!
