With the recent opening of Stitch’s Great Escape in the building which was previously occupied by the ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter, I thought we’d take a quick stem back through time and look at how Alien Encounter came to be (or almost didn’t).

My husband and I love going to Disney around the holidays.
[img1] Wow! That’s exactly how I would sum up my first MouseFest experience! Having never attended before (we all know the Lou got snowed in last year story), I didn’t know what to expect, but needless to say, it was a wonderful event and an even better week!

Starting Jan. 2, guests at Walt Disney World Resort will be able to purchase tickets to the various theme parks, attractions and other entertainment offerings that are tailored to the length of their vacation and the interests of their group — and allow them to save more per day based on their length of stay.
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (Dec. 28, 2004)  Walt Disney World announced an innovative new service today called “Disney’s Magical Express” which offers complimentary airport shuttle, luggage delivery and airline check in for Disney hotel guests.

When EPCOT Center first opened, is it true that Mickey Mouse wasn’t seen anywhere in the park? I thought I saw him in a silver spacesuit or something like that.
