Chef shares stories (including some he’s never told before) about working for Oprah, his conversation with (and recommendation for) Disney CEO Bob Iger, lessons learned from Disney, entrepreneurial inspiration, and more. As we share a number of items from the Homecomin’ menu together for a mini-live dining review (I think for the first time dining with the Chef and restaurant founder).
