📅 Day 1: Cairo
Arrive in Cairo
Ahlan wa sahlan! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, Adventures by Disney Guests will be escorted to a VIP lounge while passports are processed and luggage is reclaimed. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel, The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo.
Description: Begin your journey in Cairo with VIP arrival service and a relaxing evening at a luxurious Nile-side hotel.

🏃♀️ Activity Level
This is considered an active adventure that includes:
- Up to 3 hours of casual walking per day in cities and ancient sites
- Walking on uneven terrain, cobblestones, stairs, and historic ruins
- Limited accessibility – ramps and elevators may not be available
- Some locations and cruise ships may require climbing stairs
- All activities are optional – you may opt in or out as you wish
➡️ Overall: A moderate level of stamina is required to fully enjoy the experience.
🚐 Transportation Notes
- Transfers are included only from the specified arrival and departure airports and hotels
- Daily transportation between hotels and sites is by motor coach
- The adventure includes four domestic flights:
- Cairo to Aswan
- Roundtrip: Aswan ↔ Abu Simbel
- Luxor to Sharm El Sheikh
- All flights are approx. 50–75 minutes

Cancellation Policy
- 129–90 days prior to departure: 50% of the total package price + insurance + any applicable air fees
- 89 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total package price + insurance + any applicable air fees
